Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days and usually arrive in 7–21 days. You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can check it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.

How do the pack discounts work?
Choose Buy 2 or Buy 3 on a product page and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Returns

What if I am not happy?
Wear it for up to 30 days after delivery. If you're not happy, email us and we'll refund the full amount you paid, shipping included. No need to send it back. One claim per customer. See our returns policy.

What if the size is wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a different size free (one swap per order).
